Jumbalaya with KP Wee - Sunday, September 16, 2012

I'm back at CJSF today with another edition of Jumbalaya bringing music from up-and-coming artists to the airwaves. Last week, Toronto's Roger Chong was in the Top 30 on the station's charts, so that's terrific, and to celebrate, I had four of his tunes in today's show.

Also, there's music from Melissa Lauren, Samantha Martin and the Haggard, Joshua Hyslop, and more.

July 26, 2012 - Eugene @ Vancouver - Derrick Chung's Walk-Off RBI - with KP Wee calling the action

One of the most memorable games at Scotiabank Field during the Vancouver Canadians' 2012 Northwest League Championship season took place on Thursday, July 26th, when the C's defeated the Eugene Emeralds 1-0 on 2B Derrick Chung's walk-off sacrifice fly.

 

It turned out to be a big victory as the C's would eventually hold off Eugene for the second-half pennant en route to their 2012 championship.

 

Here is the action from the ninth inning that afternoon, including Chung's walk-off RBI, with fill-in broadcaster KP Wee bringing you the play-by-play.
